Located at the south end neighborhood of Caesarea, adjacent to the golf community and accessible to major traffic arteries, industrial and business park of Caesarea and the train station.

The neighborhood sits on a high limestone ridge, and has a unique topography, vegetation and landscape  to the sea. The neighborhood is surrounded by green areas and scenic dunes surrounding it, extends to the beach.  Among other things, an Archaeological Quarry that will be rehabilitated and will become a nature spot. Including hiking trails.

Cluster 12 is characterized by 240 lots of 600-800 square meters, allowing even younger buyers to join the community and enjoy the quality of life that characterizes Caesarea. In the past 2 year, about 100 plots were sold and construction can be seen on-site.

The neighborhood offers walking paths and bicycle, designed landscaped public spaces, playgrounds and kindergarten in the future.

A sport complex, that includes: skate park, mini soccer fields, basketball, tennis and fitness facilities and play is being built and will be located just north to the neighborhood. A synagogue is adjacent to the sports center.
