The park is managed by the Caesarea Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild Corporation (Caesarea Development Corporation), which owns the land and promotes, manages and is responsible for all the services provided to the companies. The corporation is also active in the improvement of the land, and in the management and development of the community and tourism.

The park is a unique campus that provides an ideal strategic basis for success to the approximately 180 leading Israeli companies engaged in high-tech, biotechnology, medical devices, water technologies, traditional industry and more.

The park is located near main transportation hubs to Haifa and Tel Aviv, and caters to a train station that serves park employees and residents of the area.

The park is located near main traffic hubs: 30 minutes from Haifa, 40 minutes from Tel Aviv and 15 minutes from road No. 6. It relies on Israel's main highways, including road No. 2 (connecting Haifa and Tel Aviv), and enables company managers and employees to enjoy easy and rapid access to the park all hours of the day.
The park has a convenient train station, a large parking lot, and internal shuttles (free of charge) that reach every section of the park.

44Due to Caesarea's proximity to the coastal aquifer and the Menashe streams, since the park's stablemen the Caesarea Development Corporation has invested more than NIS 20 million in monitoring the park's ground water and environmental activities.
The corporation invests up to NIS 2 million annually in the quality of the environment of both the community and the park.
There are also plans to establish a green industrial campus in the area, which will be the largest in Israel.
