Pilates provides the optimum solution for the individual needs of each trainee. The integration of modern knowledge and implementation of the most updated anatomical principles into Pilates exercises makes the method unique among many others.
Pilates develops long and delineated muscles, the inner strength of the body's core, and improves posture. It helps prevent injuries, releases back pains and tension, and improves coordination and stability. It is effective in rehabilitation following injuries and enhances body-mind awareness. The studio is located in the Caesarea Community Center.
The studio caters to groups of up to six people and offers private lessons for individuals or couples.
The studio is open Sundays through Fridays. Our best instructors offer morning and evening lessons for both beginners and advanced trainees.
