Caesarea has 1,000 children and teens between the first and the twelfth grades. The youth center emphasizes informal, ideological and personal education to Caesarea's teens and children. The Youth Center runs several projects throughout the year, as detailed in the monthly program, as well as record activities throughout the year. In addition, the Center offers a range of options for personal commitment service - YIFAT, in the community.

Activity centres are available at the Youth Centre for regular activities throughout the year:

- Game room: with pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table.
- Television room: with cable and DVD, offering movies for organized groups.

The Youth Centre game room and television room will be open at 16:00-19:30 throughout the school year.
On vacations and holidays: please reserve in advance with Lior Gruper, Youth Coordinator.

Use of the game and television room will be possible according to the following age distribution:

Caesarea Youth Club:
The Youth Centre now operates a club managed by high school students and designated as an inviting place for teenagers to spend the afternoon and evening. The club offers lounges, PlayStation consoles, a television and DVD, as well as vendors for soft drinks, grilled cheese, and soon ice cream too.

The Youth Club is open on Sunday - Thursday, in the afternoons and evenings.

MUSIC BAND - the youth band run by Yisrael Kassif Twice a year, the band holds youth band nights..

The Youth Council represents the young leadership in Caesarea, and it is designed to initiate events and activities.
Caesarea's young people are invited to join the Youth Council.

Youth Counselors (high school pupils) for children in the fourth - sixth grades.

YIFAT - volunteer activity in the young people's community.

PERACH - mentoring project similar to the ones conducted in universities. Young high school pupils serve as mentors to elementary school pupils. This year, the third grade is carrying out a new project: volunteering in the Caesarea civil guard.

Puppy Love - community project to become familiar with the canine world. Thursdays 16:00-17:30.

Preparing for the IDF - comprehensive preparation in two main programs:
1. physical fitness training
2. counseling and preparation for recruitment to the IDF

The youth delegation to Poland - a delegation of eleventh graders travels to Poland to visit the death camps. Upon their return to Israel, the young people, inspired by their experiences during the visit, write and participate in the production of Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony in the community.
